Coco’s KanomThai is looking for a to join our production team in crafting authentic Thai desserts and baked goods made with care, quality, and passion — bringing delicious treats and delightful experiences to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for dessert making, including measuring, mixing, and organizing materials according to store recipes.
• Produce and assemble desserts in line with Coco’s KanomThai standards — focusing on taste, quality, and cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the work area, tools, and baking equipment at all times.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and report restock needs to supervisors.
• Assist in developing or improving recipes when assigned or capable.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Strictly follow food safety and hygiene practices during all preparation and production processes.

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to cleanliness.
• Passionate about dessert making and eager to learn and improve skills.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Prior experience in dessert, bakery, or food production is a plus.
