This method results in a fragrant, rich, and smooth flavor, widely recognized as the “best” coconut sugar, perfect for enhancing both savory and sweet dishes.
Today, “Coco’s Kanom Thai” brings the best of Amphawa, blending it with the finest ingredients from America—such as milk, butter, eggs, and flour—all meticulously selected to create a variety of sweet treats for you to enjoy.
In addition to coconut sugar, which is the basic ingredient in traditional Thai sweets, we also incorporate other key components like pandan leaves, young coconut meat, coconut water, and fruits like Nam Dok Mai mango, sourced from the best producers in Thailand.
