Coco’s KanomThai is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team dedicated to excellent customer service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers politely and professionally, providing information about our products, services, and promotions.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to customer messages, providing accurate information or coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
  • Manage appointments or reservations (if applicable) and ensure smooth check-in and service processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area at all times.
  • Coordinate with other in-store teams, such as sales, baristas, or the store manager, to ensure efficient and seamless customer service.
  • Record customer information and prepare related front-desk service reports.
  • Provide general administrative support within the store, including document preparation and basic POS system operation (if required).

Qualifications:

  • Pleasant appearance, good interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly responsible, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in Customer Service is an advantage.
