At Coco’s Kanom Thai, our mission is simple: to introduce authentic Thai desserts and traditional Thai flavors to the world while preserving the taste, quality, and heritage that make Thai cuisine so special.
We believe Thai desserts deserve the same international recognition as other world-famous cuisines. That’s why we carefully select premium ingredients and traditional recipes to create desserts and dishes that taste just like they do in Thailand.
To further preserve authenticity and quality, we carefully source ingredients from some of Thailand’s most renowned growing regions. Our coconut products are selected from the GI-recognized coconut-growing areas of Thap Sakae and Bang Saphan in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, regions celebrated for producing rich and flavorful coconuts used in traditional Thai desserts. We also feature premium aromatic coconuts from Amphawa, a GI-designated region famous for its fragrant Nam Hom coconuts. By partnering with trusted growers and producers in these regions, we are able to bring the distinctive flavors of Thailand directly to Los Angeles.
